AUTHORITY AND VISION
To ensure the safety of our clients and our practitioner partners (and hopefully that will soon include yourself or your firm), on 22nd April 2010 we requested the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) specifically advise us if we should be caught by Division 290 of Schedule 1 to the Taxation Administration Act 1953 to promotion of illegal Tax Exploitation Schemes (TES). We are pleased to announce the Director of the ATO’s Aggressive Tax Planning Unit, Northbridge, WA, did on 02 July 2010 telephone to advised the ensuing formal review was almost concluded (pending receipt of what amounted to a non-essential document to the making of this conclusion) and that her office would be writing in the next two weeks to formally advise that no further action would be taken in the matter (albeit, we naturally and keenly await the correspondence for our files).
The reason we “stuck our neck out” was because and as suggested above, we are conclusively confirmed as the ONLY source of this information and this fact is supported by way of point (19) of ATO Practice Statement Law Administration PSLA 2008/4 where and at our specific written request, our intellectual property was indeed protected from the public domain in February 2009 by The Federal Commissioner Of Taxation. Furthermore, later in 2009 The Federal Treasurer and now Deputy PM The Hon Wayne Swan MP, wrote to inform us that The Government reserved its right to introduce amended legislation into The Parliament should it later find we’ve exploited any loopholes surrounding the CGT claims we’d made to it per our home business proposals.
We maintain that this correspondence in our possession is irrefutable evidence that The Government itself did not know “how we did it” and alerted us that it was keeping open, an option to use a parliamentary “life-line” if need be. Hence and again, we therefore asked The ATO in April 2010 to thoroughly review all our materials and our marketing claims and to advise us if it thinks we are promoting a TES such as to put the “loophole” matter to bed along with everything else that is negative and ill-conceived.
In declaring that we’ve found ways to achieve amazingly desireable client outcomes that no other has conceived let alone mastered and meticulously documented, we have also at times met with skepticism from all manner of organisations as to the lawfulness of what we are claiming to have accomplished. Breaking down these barriers has been very difficult for us to say the least hence, we hereby trust our substantial effort to be fully cooperative and transparent with The Government and The ATO, will be taken by all, to have produced what we genuinely know is a substantial, detailed and exemplary body of work and that in turn, our products and services can therefore only be regarded by the wider community as being professionally conceived and beyond reproach.

A BRIEF BACKGROUND
BetterLifePanel (BLP), is the creation of Frank Genovesi of Perth, Western Australia, a former real estate agent’s and buyer agent’s representative, finance broker’s representative and moreover, a financial planner from 1993 until 2002 and again from 2005 until 2007.

WHICH IS BETTER – AFFILIATE OR LICENSEE?
